Ready-to-ship items
We aim to dispatch Ready-to-ship items within 3 working days. Please contact us if you are in a hurry as we may be able to post sooner. You will receive an email with tracking information once the piece has been posted.

Made-to-order items
Each piece is handmade to order so please allow 2 - 4 weeks for making and finishing.

We ship our products by tracked postal services, where possible.
Isle Jewellery is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewellery, we will accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Products must be returned undamaged in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund/exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping fees, insurance and tracking of the product when returning an item.

Refunds cannot be given for custom ordered goods. 
Refunds cannot be given for visibly worn or damaged goods.

Festive Delivery Information 2023

Extended exchange period for Christmas season.

Orders placed between 28th November and 18th December* can be exchanged until 15th January 2024, if returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us if you would like to exchange a piece of jewellery. *Custom orders cannot be exchanged.

Orders placed after 18th December 2023:
Ready to ship items will be processed after 5th January 2024.

Our Made to order service will open later in 2024, please check back to the webshop or social media for updates.

・Made to Order deadline: See dates below. After this deadline we will only be able to ship the limited ‘ready to ship’ items we have in stock. 

・Ready to Ship deadlines: All ‘Ready To Ship’ items will be posted within two working days. Check our final order dates for delivery in time for Christmas. These are guides and we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery.
